What Qualifies As Meaningful Use?

Physicians implementing a certified solution and demonstrating meaningful use of an EMR by 2011 can begin earning $2,000-$18,000 in a given year and qualify for up to $44,000 in incentive payments.

The EMR qualifications stated by the Health and Human Services Department (HHS) can be found on the Health Information Technology website.
