Q: When is support available?
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, excluding federal holidays. Extended and Premium support agreements are available as well for those clients requiring them. Contact our Sales department for more information on these optional plans.

At MOS, support is a priority. This is why 70% of our employees are staffed in positions directly related to servicing our clients. In fact, we had a fully-operational support department long before we had a sales force.

MOS has been in business since 1984 servicing all our clients computer needs. Furthermore, many of our support personnel were accomplished billing and office managers for physician practices prior to being employed with MOS. They bring to our support department the same expertise and commitment to excellence that made them successful in their prior careers.
Q: How quickly can I expect a response to a service call?
Most of our support calls are immediately routed to an available customer service representative. On the occasion when a caller has to wait for an available representative, the average hold time is less than five minutes.

(Courteous, Attentive, Responsive, Empathetic, Sincere), and we strive to meet that principle in all our dealings with clients.
